Practitioner Training in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage

Learn the art of this powerful and dynamic bodywork and become a fully qualified practitioner in just 8 months.

Course Outline
The course will run over 6 weekends, with a total of 100 hours of comprehensive training. It is open to everyone, whether a complete beginner or qualified practitioner in another discipline. The next course will start in October 2010, with sessions taking place every 4-6 weeks. There will be a 10 week break before the final session, during which students will be expected to document 30 case-studies. These will be handed in on the final weekend in April 2011. In order to become certified, the students will need to successfully complete all coursework, logged practice sessions, and to sit a practical and written assessment.

The practical aspects of the course will cover the full 2-hour Traditional Thai Yoga Massage sequence. This will be complemented by Western-based functional anatomy, relevant to the sequences taught, and will enable students to become practitioners of the highest standard. A day will also be spent on how to set yourself up in business. By the end of the course, the students will have the necessary skills to make their practice a success.
